| Sonja Bennett (born 24 August 1980) is a Canadian actress from Vancouver, British Columbia. She is the daughter of Guy Bennett (Cambridge, England, 14 May 1959), who currently lives in Vancouver, British Columbia, and was the writer and director of Punch (2002), where his daughter starred, and the mentor of Say Yes (2005). Awards and nominations - In 2002 she won the Women in Film Award at the Vancouver International Film Festival for Punch (2002).
- In 2003 she won the Vancouver Film Critics Circle Award for Best Actress in a Canadian Film of the Vancouver Film Critics Circle for Punch (2002).
- In 2005 she was nominated for the Leo at the Leo Awards for Dramatic Series: Best Supporting Performance by a Female for Godiva's (2005) for episode Having Her Cake, and for the Gemini at the Gemini Awards/2005 Gemini Awards for Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Supporting Role in a Dramatic Series for Cold Squad (1998) for episode Righteous.
- In 2006 she was twice nominated for the Leo at the Leo Awards for Best Supporting Performance by a Female in a Dramatic Series for Godiva's (2005) for episodes Dead Flowers and Out the Door.
