(October 2008) | Clare Elizabeth Kramer (born September 3, 1974) is an American actress best known for her portrayal of Glory, the main villain in Season 5 of the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Biography Early life and career Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Kramer spent most of her childhood in Delaware, Ohio, located just north of Columbus. After graduating from high school, she attended New York University and received a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She moved to Los Angeles in December 1999. Kramer's film roles include: The Thirst (as a vampire, this time a former drug-addict); The Skulls III (as a competitive swimmer who follows in her brother's footsteps by joining the title organization); Roger Avary's adaptation of the Bret Easton Ellis novel The Rules of Attraction; and Jessica Bendinger's cheerleading comedy Bring It On. The latter co-starred real-life former cheerleader Kirsten Dunst, and fellow Buffy alum Eliza Dushku. Kramer has done considerable theater work and played guest roles on numerous TV shows, including Tru Calling and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch (she portrayed fictional movie star "Babette Storm," who might be a shoplifter, and worse, to boot). She will replace Kendra Kassebaum as Glinda in the San Francisco production of Wicked. Personal life She has her own ringtone with the voice of Courtney, her character from Bring It On. Kramer's trade mark is she is known for playing the perfect bitch and known by her friends and fans as being the perfect sweetheart. She has a younger sister Callie. On October 25, 2005, Kramer married Brian R. Keathley. They have a daughter Gavin (b. February 4, 2008) together.
