| Beth Jean Riesgraf (born August 24, 1978) is an American actress, perhaps most notable for her role as Natalie Duckworth in the series My Name Is Earl. She was formerly engaged to the actor who plays Earl, Jason Lee. They have a son named Pilot Inspektor Riesgraf-Lee. She also had a role in Alvin and The Chipmunks, as the mother in the supermarket.
